Hours of Operation: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
INTAKE MEETING
The intake meeting takes place with both parents, separately, to gather needed information. A general form will be filled out so the Monitor will have more information and the parents will see if they are comfortable with the Monitor. The court order is exchanged at this time.
OFF-SITE VISITATION
This is monitored supervision of parent/child contact at an off-site location mutually agreed upon by both parents.
SUPERVISED MONITORED EXCHANGE
Supervised Exchanges are supervision of the transfer of the child(ren) from one parent to the other, with the remainder of the parent/child contact remaining unsupervised.
REPORTS
Will be made to the court on what took place with each child visit. Reports are available upon request.
COURT TESTIMONY
Court testimony from a Monitor is only involved if a court requests it. The written document with what happened on each visit is submitted.
